Conservatism is a socio-political philosophy that deals with maximum respect for American traditions, philosophy, anti communism, Christians values and shielding the Western culture from socialism etc.

The Republicans were believed to have started it.

    The core value is Liberty.

The modern movement began in the mid-1930s. The cerebrals and politicians collaborated with businessmen to oppose the liberalism of the New Deal by President Franklin Roosevelt.
