Hitler had persuaded many people with guidance and "promises" he had made. Other enemies who were bad had gone along side Hitler, joining forces with him to rule over many nations by getting his way.

Hitler came to power in many different stages. The first being his participation in WWI his rank was low but his achievements were high thus moving him up the ladder. The second step was his beer hall speeches. The drunk were his first audience. There are many other stages but the most important are the final two. These are destroying the opposition and the death of the president. The Reich-stag was burned. Then president Hindenburg died.
