    If a person commit any crime, he has a right to hire a lawyer for his defense.

    if a president has done any mistake than people has right to hold a meeting to complaint about the president

    But printing opinions that take away others' rights is not supported by the constitution if challenged in court. Because Everyone has some fundamental rights which no one can take. Printing opinions that take away others right is against the constitution and if it is challenged in the court than it will not be supported by the constitution.
