Governance is heading towards more liberalization. everywhere in the world developed, developing or backwords states socio economic & political dimension is changing. citizens are more awaring their rights & duties towards nation & society. involvement in decision making, participation is result of awareness. democracies are sustainable & flowering for eg ... usa, india, europe, asia, 11 tigers countries ... considering all citizen action in PP is imp.
