When is it necesscary for citizens to rebel against the goverment

It is necessary for citizens to rebel against the government when there is corruption within the government, if they feel that the government is abusing its power by passing laws which infringe on basic human rights. If citizens feel that the government's actions are unjust and detrimental to the countries state and status. Citizens can rebel if the government commits war crimes or supports other governments convicted of war crimes. If the government supplies weapons to terrorist cells which will use the weapons for mass murder, if the government does something that goes against any persons basic human rights.
