A campaign slogan for Martin Van Buren could be "To keep America prospering".

This would be because the main idea that he had was to keep the policies that Jackson tried to implement and develop them further because he was a supporter of those ideas. He believed Jackson to be a good president and wanted to keep building the state based on Jackson's ideas, so those who liked Jackson could easily support him.

William Henry Harrison's slogan could be "For the people and against the parties"

This is because one of his main ideas was to repeal the spoils of war system that Jackson had implemented and make the government fully based on the system of merit. He believed that the government should consist of people who are qualified and not of those who supported the current president regardless of their qualifications.
