Mussolini had established the Fascist Party by 1921. He was establishing a regime in Italy, where unemployment and inflation manufactured sharp strikes, and some of which were communist led.

Mussolini's role in World War II was less dominant in 1939 he formed the pact of Steel between Adolf Hitler when World War II broke out Italy didn't fare well and he was arrested by his own government
