What techniques does elizabeth stanton use to form her arguments?

Before Stanton narrowed his political focus almost exclusively to women's rights, she was an active abolitionist, along with her husband, Henry Brewster Stanton and her cousin, Gerrit Smith. Unlike many people involved in the women's rights movement, Stanton tackled a series of issues regarding women beyond voting rights. Her concerns included the parental and custodial rights of women, property rights, employment and income rights, divorce laws, the family's economic health and birth control, positioning herself against abortion. She was also an open supporter of the Temperance Movement of the 19th century.

After the American Civil War, Stanton's commitment to women's suffrage caused a schism in the women's rights movement, when she and Susan B. Anthony declined to support the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. America and created a new association, the National Association for the Suffrage of Women. They opposed granting more legal protection and voting rights to African-American men while continuing to deny women, black and white, the same rights. Her position on this issue, along with her thoughts on organized Christianity and women's issues beyond voting rights, led to the formation of two separate women's rights organizations that finally meet with Stanton as president of the joint organization, approximately twenty years later.
