The word nation has two meanings:

-The political nation, in the legal-political sphere, is a political subject in which the constituent sovereignty of a State resides.

-The cultural nation, a socio-ideological concept that is more subjective and ambiguous than the previous one, can broadly be defined as a human community with certain common cultural characteristics, to which it endows with an ethical-political sense. In a lax sense, nation is used with different meanings: State, country, territory or inhabitants of them, ethnic group, people and others. This concept has been defined in many different ways by scholars without reaching a consensus on it.
