Explain how William Penn's city of Philadelphia may have influenced the development of values and beliefs of the U. S. constitution.

    Pennsylvania is a diverse state because of the belief of William Penn and the Quakers in this Philadelphian City. Penn and other Quakers believed in religious tolerance. They believe that if a state has this kind of belief it will create a stronger and wealthier state.
