4. During the civil war, one state will become victorious and will end the civil war.

The disadvantages of the Chinese Dynastic Cycle are;

1. Corruption leads to the instability and decline of the Chinese empire.

2. A natural disaster wipes out the farm lands, which leads to famine.

3. A civil war begins because of the famine.

4. The ruler loses the Mandate of Heaven.
