    After reading Diane Ackerman's essay on the word and meaning of Love, we can easily come to the conclusion that:

    Love is something that transcends generations, times, nationalities. A woman from ancient Egypt would not understand anything of the culture, of the phenomena of everyday life in detroit in a car factory. She would not understand. But if she saw a couple kissing, she'd understand.
