    Base on Orlando's persuasive speech, he was able to make few students views changed and to make the most class participate after few months was because his speech could have a sleeper effect. A sleeper effect is considered to be a psychological phenomenon. It has a relationship with persuasion, it is able to give an effect of delayed increase after having heard of the message.
