It has no effect on people.

It effects everyone's personal freedom and how they interact in society.

    Public policy affects the people' personal freedom and how they interact in society.

    Explanation:

    Public policies are a series of government measures which the government takes on the lines of various social issues. It addresses the problem which was over a period of time. A Good public policy must guard the interests of the civilians and it addresses the whole population as such. It involves three important steps while formulating the public policy. firstly, agenda setting, option-formulation and implementation.

    The final course of action will be decided by the government after a long deliberation on it and carefully implementing it in the society. Initially, the government officials meet and discuss the social problem, alternative solutions are considered in the second stage and final decisions are made regarding the policy. After which implementation of the policy takes place.
