    His tone were filed with sense of compassion, hope and strength. He sounded with hope and belief that their is great power in the ability of the United state when acted in unison to produce a collective effort. He expressed these opinions and believe with a lot of rhetoric:parallelism, repetition and pathos These, collectively with the tome, made made his speech a persuasive and memorable one.
