Why does ben franklin believe that the delegates should approve of the constitution?

    He felt that any type of government, even one with faults, was preferable to one without a Constitution. He felt that, over time, the document would become better and more refined. As he was a part of the committee who drew up the Declaration of Independence, he wanted the new nation to have a government based on the freedoms that had just been secured by breaking from Britain.
