    Explanation:

    This is the first and only Mexican-American civil-rights case heard which took place during post-World War II in the year 1954 at the United States Supreme Court. This was the first case in which the Mexican-Americans appeared before the supreme court. The court ruled by Chief Justice Earl Warren held that all nationalities in the United States as well as the Mexican-Americans have equal protection under the 14th amendment of the U. S constitution.
