Why were internment camps established in the United States? to isolate people protesting the war to provide homes for temporary farm workers to train workers in new industrial skills to isolate people believed to be threats

    The main reason why internment camps were established in the United States was " to isolate people believed to be threats." This group was the Japanese, since we were at war with Japan. It should be noted that the Germans were not interned, however.
