    B and E.

The whole problem around Shays revolution was that the veteran of Revolutionary war was unhappy about the little compensation they got after the war finished. They become farmers, but they had no means to move their crops since they had no money running in papers, only in goods and gold and silver was not possible for them, so they had debts that they could not afford and the Boston authorities started arresting them. That led to the rebellion, where they started attacking the debit's court house.
