    Cancer tunour

    Explanation:

If I were a cancer patient, I would wish that I could remove the tumours in my body so I can be cured from cancer

If I were a normal person, I would not wish to have a detachable body part as the whole body acts as a system and that removing one part will impede the functioning of the body, hence, saying that you will have no repercussions is not possible.
