Correct Answer is C. Total War

    Explanation:

Total war is a Warfare Strategy consisting in considering Civilian structures such as resource gathering, roads, and homes as Military targets, the goal of this Strategy is to concentrate all of the social resources to fight the war. The strategy is often viewed as immoral as it doesn't obey the laws of war.

This war strategy was used by General William Sherman in 1864 In the known March to the Sea, along with the army of Cumberland, the army of Tennessee and the army of Ohio, which goal was to demolish and beat Richmond and Atlanta. The campaign of destruction that lasted 62 days tore apart Georgia, destroyed the railroads, destroyed bridges, farms, and freed slaves, all of this to break Southern Morale which Sherman beleived was the main weapon of the Southerns the goal was to make Georgia "Hawl".
