    Labor reforms impacted nearly every city which had a huge population in United states and Great Britain

    Explanation:

    Industrialization began in 1790 an after which many people started to immigrate from other borders in search of stable economic and living conditions. Many Factories and Rail road companies were set up which absorbed many employees who moistly migrated from rural areas. They were exploited by making them work of long hours in a risk and challenging work environment.

    These made the workers mostly become dissatisfied which was the cause of labor unions to be formed. Many strikes and lock outs were conducted and due to which the unsatisfied workers. Minimum wage and long hours were the two main reasons which made the workers to plunge into protests and thus to safeguard the rights of the workers labor unions were formed at the national level.
