    There are three known countries who used an authoritarian government during World War II. These are Germany, Italy, and Japan.

    Hitler was an authoritarian figure of Germany who believed that the Germans are the dominant race to rule the world. Mussolini also believed that like Germany, Italy has a role in leading Europe. In the East, Japan roused up fast as it tried to colonized countries in Asia. Hideki Tojo was the 27th Prime Minister who directed Japan's army on its conquest.
