    Technically it was allowed to keep a small amount of all of them. 7 division infantry, 3 divisions cavalry and the equipment. It lost a lot of non core territory during the war, but kept almost all European claims. Financial Aid for foreign cities damaged by war was required by the Treaty and later the League of Nations. But almost no financial aid went to Germany. I can't really give a precise answer for you.
