According to my research, I found this:

The Fertile Crescent, name like this because of its crescent shape, is the region in the current Middle East where very ancient civilizations, like the Sumer and Ancient Egyptians proliferated, due to its excellent conditions for agriculture. Specially, due to the anual inundations of the rivers Nile, Euphrates and Tigris.

Moreover, these civilizations abovementioned started to specialize, to implement labor division in their socities, and were able to reach technological progress and to develop tools which made their crops even more profitable than before. Examples of these developments achieved were: writing, glass, the wheel, agriculture, and the use of irrigation.

The correct answer is: "The area counted with the natural conditions for crop irrigation"

The emergence of agriculture and the beginning of sedentary settlements and civilizations, constituted the start of the Neolithic period of human history, and took place in the so-called Fertile Crescent, located between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. This area counted with the natural conditions for crop irrigation, taking into account the rudimentary instruments available at the time.

Agriculture and sedentarism brought specialization and division of labor. Specialization allowed to improve the instruments and tools used for each activity and productivity was rapidly enhanced. For the first time in history, men produced more than they could consume and trade started to happen.
