What is Andrew Jackson's view on federal government

    He believed that federal government was not supreme. He wanted the power to go to the states.

    General Andrew Jackson defeated President John Quincy Adams, after a campaign in which both sides made strong and bitter accusations. I believe this is the answer if not I am truly srry.
