    The first quote is the best description of WEB Dubois "Talented Tenth" platform. Because the "Talent Tenth" according to W. E. B DuBois the ten percent of the black population that had the talent to bring respect and equality to all blacks. Because of that some farmers and mechanics have to exists so some can be lawyers.
