What problems resulted from the Soviet attitude, expressed by Leonid Brezhnev, that the Soviet Union had the right to prevent its satellites from rejecting communism and the American attitude, demonstrated in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Vietnam, that it had the right to prevent countries from becoming Communist?

    It resulted in armed confrontations across the world.

    Explanation:

    A result of the problem was the existence of a lot of war confrontations across the world.

    The United States supported the Democratic and capitalist side. While the Soviet Union supported the communist side. The communist side got supplies from the Soviet Union. This caused an increase in the number of deaths and both the US and the Soviet Union risked getting so deep into the conflict to the extent of sending their military. This two sides wanted to impose what they felt should be societal standards on developing nation's.
