Why were some americans not part of the prosperity of the 1950s and 1960s?

It is because prosperity and access in wealth have little in common. if you have a fourth grade education and you can speak a dialect that is very localized in your area, it is very unlikely that you would have an access to a wide degree of wealth. same situation as the americans that has not been a part of prosperity on their time.
