A is false. Despite the fact that Buddhism emerged from India and it was once a majority of the country during Emperor Asoka, Buddhism declined after the Islamic conquest and now it is compound for a notorious minority of poeple.

B is false. Most Buddhists live in Asia, particularly in China. It's difficult to have an exact number of Buddhists in Asia but they easily exceed 300 million.

C is false. Buddhists are common people too. They have a lot of priests in monasteries but they are not even an important percentage of the great total of Buddhists who profess this religion or simply who sympathize with it.

D is true. Buddhism is the second largest religious community in 13 states. It is not easy to have an exact count, but they easily exceed the 2 to 4 million people.
