If 1/4 gallon of paint covers 1/3 of wall, then how much paint is needed for the entire wall?

    3/4 of a gallon is needed. since 1/4 of a gallon covers 1/3 of the wall, you would multiply 1/4 times 3 to find the amount of paint needed to cover the full wall. 1/4 times 3 is equal to 3/4
