Name the three branches of the National Government, describe who who is in charge of each and their job

    The three branches of the National Government are: Executive, Legislative and Judicial.

    The President administers the Executive Branch of the government. He enforces the laws that the Legislative Branch makes.

    The Legislative part of the government is called Congress. Congress makes laws.

    The Judicial part of the federal government includes Supreme Court they are the special judges who interpret laws according to the Constitution.
