President Adams was expected by, not just the Congress but also the people of United States to be the best just like Washington. In his first proposal, he presented a very ambitious project that the Congress didn't approve. Congressmen and his supporters had lots of troubles with his proposals. With all the troubles and conflicts, he received so much criticism from the Congress.
