Roundheads, the members of England's Parliament while the English Civil War. They protested against Charles I of England and his followers, the Cavaliers or Royalists, who claimed rule by absolute monarchy and the divine right of kings.

Charles I, dictated with absolute monarchy over his people declaring himself as the supreme right. He had absolute authority over the administration and the people, and even when the legislature intended constitutional monarchy to him, he declined it and denied the idea.

    Countries With Absolute Monarchy

Civilians have no freedom for themselves. The monarch has the power to control taxpayers' private lives. Leadership/assets for the ruler is not gained but inherited. Taxpayers never compete in governing rules. The monarch is always unfair to the civilians.
