How did President Theodore Roosevelt resolve a dispute with Japan over immigration?

    President Theodore Roosevelt took some serious steps to solve the problem of immigration with Japan. In the Gentlemen's agreement, he revokes the San Francisco school board of California to end its segregation policy toward Japanese Children in return of Japan agreement to ban the unskilled Japanese labor to enter the United States. It was an informal agreement between the countries to limit the hatred against each other.
