Have attitudes about limitations on speech changed in the last 90 years? How?

    Yes it has changed

    Explanation:

    It has changed as people embraced freedom of speech. The Federalists were against the freedom of speech and set up the sedition act to punish people who criticized the government and didn't allow freedom of expression and press. This is why the people voted them out and put the Anti-Federalists in power. The freedom of speech has however been put in place since then with slight modifications to prevent the prevalence of hate speeches.
