Why did some people want to reform the Catholic Church in the 1400s? A. They believed that the church had moved away from its core teachings and become corrupt. B. They believed that the church had not done enough to encourage Renaissance artists in Europe. C. They wanted the church to invest in more elaborate rituals and churches in Europe. D. They wanted the church to lead more wars to spread the Catholic religion throughout the world.

    They believed that the church had moved away from its core teachings and become corrupt.

    If read about the Which Trials this is the reason they wanted out of some church's.
