What is one feature that the U. S. Constitution and the Florida Constitution have in common?

    Both the U. S. Constitution and the Flordia constitution both have a Preamble.

    (Maybe some extra info?)

    The structure of the branches of government stated in the Flordia constitution are similar to the structure stated in the U. S. Constitution (For EX: Both of them state the judicial power shall be vested in one Supreme Court. The Legislative branch is split up into Senate and House of Representatives, just like it is stated in the U. S. Constitution, etc)
