    The edict of Nantes revocation impacted France because it gave them some essential rights in the country.

    Explanation:

    This revocation edict of the Nantes also know as the edict of Fontainebleau was done by King Henry IV 1598 which grant the Huguenots who were the Calvinist protestants in French area some vital rights which they were not enjoying during the edict era. The revocation was set to champion civil unity among all.

    It must however be noted that the edict has been known to deny the Huguenots civil rights, religion tolerance before the revocation was issued.
