    Explanation:

    This was a message delivered to Congress in December 1823 by James Monroe that the United States would no longer tolerate a colonized or puppet emperor. In simple words, the motive of this message is to warn the European countries to leave the U. S alone.

    According to this theory, the United States would not interfere in the mutual politics of the countries of Europe, in return it would not tolerate empire expansion of any European country in the Americas. A slogan came out of it - "America for Americans". A slogan came out of this message as - "America for Americans"
