Who conqured the aztec and how did they do it

Spanish because they had more resources to take over.

The Spanish conquered the Aztec, and specifically spanish soldiers under Hernan Cortes.

They did so very quickly, as they has support of other indigenous tribes (especially the Tlaxcaltecas) and superior weapons.
