Your school does not have a ramp at the front entrance. Anyone wishing to enter the school needs to the use the

stairs. This is a problem for people who are in wheelchairs, use braces or crutches to walk, or have challenges

walking up stairs in general.

What information would be important to know before making a decision about the solution? Check any that apply.

cost of building a ramp

number of students and faculty using wheelchairs, braces, or crutches

number of other entrances, if any, that have ramps

total number of students in the school

state or federal laws about ramp-accessible entrances for schools
