What does it mean If a man is drafted between 1965 and 1973

    It was also a way to ensure that the Government had enough enlisted personnel in in the National Army in times of war. This was put in place because many people had burned their draft cards.

    It means the man who was drafted must be between the ages of 18 and 26 and was born between 1947 and 1955
