    I think the major impact was in reality the enormous forced migration of slaves into the new world. I mean just in Brazil we are talking about more than three million of people which is no small number ... Therefore, it certainly had an effect in the future of Africa as a whole changing lore and complete world views for those who remained and had to account for outsider forces and the lack of balance or control.
