What strengths and weaknesses did you find on the Confederate side of the Civil War?

Strength: fight a defensive war - knew the territory they were fighting on.

trained soldiers - hunting skills and attended military school.

believed in the cause because it was for their independence.

Weakness: few railroads to transport troops and supplies.

small population to volunteer for army and make supplies.

Few factories to make supplies and weapons.
