    England Institute the writs of assistance with a request to enable authorities to enter the homesteaders' homes to discover snuck merchandise. In 1760, representative Bernard of Massachusetts approved the utilization by income officers of writs of assistance. Writs of assistance were archives which filled in as a general court order, enabling traditions authorities to enter any ship or building that they suspected for any reason may hold snuck products.
