    The people whom were not considered a "supporter" of the new constitution are the Anti-Federalists. They always complained about this new constitution threatened people liberties, and failed to protect individual rights.

The Antifederalists were not a united group as such, but instead involved many elements. The anti federalists wanted a weaker central government. The antifederalists wanted a bill of rights. The antifederalists were opposed to the ratification of the constitution. The antifederalists claimed the constitution gave the central government too much power and without a Bill of Rights the people will be at a risk of oppression.
