What is the term for the traditional ritual by which officers in the UK's Royal Navy are retired?

    Officers in the UK's Royal Navy are retired during a "dining out" ceremony. It is the opposite of "dining in." As you may have guessed, the latter refers to the ritual of welcoming new officers.
