Julius Caesar is the more important Roman leader because he was an active leader of Roman empire. He tried his best to reform and transform the territorial outlook of Roman empire and make it as a single unit in which people will get their citizenship as their identity.

    Explanation:

Roman empire fought in so many battle against Europe under the authority of Julius Caesar. He reformed and transformed the territorial and geographical outlook of Rome. He permitted citizenship or identity of its people under the jurisdiction of Rome and Italy.

Besides his goodness there was some negativities of Caesar that was also noticeable. Like Julius Caesar gave an ideal leadership to the Romanian whereas at the same time he overemphasized the tax system which was not so popular to the citizens.
