    Explanation:

A democracy is a political system in which the government gets its power from the people. In this political system the governments are elected by the people that are eligible for voting. There are elections on every few years, usually four, and the people give their vote for whoever they consider to be the best politician that will work for the good of the country and for them. The right of voting is guaranteed by the constitution, and everyone that fulfills the conditions for voting, usually it is only an age limit, can vote.
